Terms of Simulation Engagement

1. Acceptance of Social Casino Terms

By initializing a connection to the H2 Dialogue Casino interface, you agree to abide by these operating parameters. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you, the user, and H2 Dialogue Entertainment Ltd. If you do not accept these conditions, you must immediately terminate your session and close the application.

2. Explicit No-Real-Money Declaration

This platform operates entirely as a simulated environment. It is paramount that users understand: NO REAL MONEY IS INVOLVED. The mechanics provided are for entertainment purposes only. You cannot deposit fiat currency, nor can you withdraw, win, or claim any real-world funds, goods, or services based on the outcomes of the simulations.

3. Account Creation & Rewards Claim Protocols

Participation is granted via an open-access model. While formal account registration is not mandated for basic interaction, claiming enhanced streak rewards or securing Research Clearance Tiers may require localized profile creation. Users must be 18 years of age or older to engage with the platform.

4. Virtual Currency (Nexus Energy) Mechanics & Licensing

Nexus Energy (NEX) is the exclusive, non-transferable virtual currency of the Atacama Nexus. It is granted free of charge via daily login events and gameplay outcomes. NEX is a licensed digital asset; you do not own it. H2 Dialogue Entertainment Ltd. reserves the right to modify, wipe, or recalibrate NEX balances to ensure platform stability without prior notice or compensation.

5. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity

Users must interact with the simulations manually. The deployment of automated scripts, bots, or any external software designed to artificially inflate NEX balances or disrupt the RNG algorithms is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit the platform's architecture will result in immediate and permanent restriction from the domain.

6. Intellectual Property & Digital Asset Ownership

All visual components, including the Isotope Reels symbols, the Reactor Core Roulette board, interface designs, and underlying code, are the exclusive intellectual property of H2 Dialogue Entertainment Ltd. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to access these assets solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The simulations are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for seamless operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. H2 Dialogue Entertainment Ltd. shall not be held liable for any data loss, including the reset of virtual balances or progress, stemming from hardware failure, software updates, or browser modifications.

8. Modifications to Service and Account Suspension Rules

We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at our discretion. We may restrict access to users who violate these terms or exhibit behavior detrimental to the simulated environment. Continued use following policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
